Reservations

First Time Guests

Before scheduling a boarding or daycare reservation, we require a Meet and Greet session with your dog. The meet and greet is complimentary and allows us to introduce ourselves to you and your dog. We want to make sure all dogs in our care are happy, secure, and comfortable. Please call us to set up your initial visit.

Returning Guests

If your dog has visited us before, you may use one of the forms below to request a reservation. We must have an up to date enrollment application as well as current vaccination records on file in order to consider a request through our website.

As a reminder, per our owner agreement, dogs with open wounds, unhealed surgical incisions, stitches, staples, surgical glue, or any other wound, sore, or non-intact skin will not be able to participate in our services.

We understand as our pets get older their medical needs may change. However, DDO is not a Medical Boarding Facility. Dogs must be able to walk unassisted to participate in any of our services unless a prior agreement with DDO Management is made. If a dog requires more than simple medication such as insulin injections, hiding a pill in a food item or something of similar nature, DDO may not be the right boarding facility for your dog(s). We do not have a veterinarian on staff and the closest animal hospital is, at a minimum, a 20 minute drive from DDO’s location. Please call us if you have questions.

Requesting a stay does not guarantee availability. One of our staff members will contact you regarding your requested reservation.

Your reservation is not complete until you have received confirmation from us.

Be sure to review the DDO calendar for special hours of operation on holidays and peak seasons!
